  • Minimum: 24 hours

  • Maximum: 7 business days

  • Exchange is only possible if:

    • We fail to deliver your product

In that case:

  • You will receive either:

    • A replacement product, OR

    • Another product of equal value

🚫 Not allowed:

  • Using a product and then exchanging it later

  • If you contact us within 12 hours of purchase stating that you selected the wrong product,
    we will try our best to consider your request
